Trần Thị Bích Hường

Dancer Tran Thi Bich Huong was born in 1973. She graduated as a Ballet dancer at the Vietnam Academy of Dance and majored in Dance Training at the University of Military Art and Culture. From 1993, she was a dancer at the Vietnam National Opera and Ballet. In 1996, she won the Silver Medal at the Professional Music & Dance Festival. In 1997, she won the Third Prize of the first Vietnam Talent Competition. In 2012, Ballerina Bich Huong was awarded the title of Emeritus Artist.
Bich Huong has taken on the leading role in many famous works such as: “The Phoenix’s Eye” (Cheryl Stock Choreographer), “The Legend of Mother” (Choreographer of the People’s Artist Cong Nhac), “The minus signal” (Choreographer Ngoc Anh), “the river named Song Lo” (Choreographer People’s Artist Cong Nhac), “Once and forever” (Choreographer People’s Artist Pham Anh Phuong), “Lullaby of the forest” (Choreographer People’s Artist Pham Anh Phuong). In addition, she also participated in performing in many ballets such as: Giselle, the Nut cracker, Swan Lake…
