Nguyen Kim Thoa was born in 1967. She graduated from Hanoi Dance Academy in 1986. Soon after that, she started working as dancer at Dance Group, Vietnam National Opera and Ballet. Since 1999 up to now, she has been an official in General Administration Department as a Treasurer.
